Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NewsCards Studio. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

→By accessing or using NewsCards Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
→If you are using the Service on behalf of a news organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
→If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

→NewsCards Studio is a web-based design tool for creating professional news photocards and graphics tailored for Bangladeshi media.
→The Service offers different subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Elite) with varying generation limits, resolution options, and features.
→We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

→You agree to use the Service solely to create truthful, accurate, and non-misleading news graphics.
→You must NOT use the Service to create: misinformation, fake news, defamatory content, content that incites violence or hatred, or any content that violates Bangladeshi law.
→You must NOT attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the rendering infrastructure.
→You must NOT share your account credentials with others. Each account is for a single user only.
→Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

→You retain full ownership and copyright of all photocards you create using the Service.
→You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any images, logos, or media you upload to the Studio.
→By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license solely to render and return that content to you.
→We retain ownership of the NewsCards Studio platform, templates, UI, and underlying technology.

→Subscription payments are processed via bKash Tokenized Checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing period.
→Subscription tiers and pricing are displayed at checkout and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
→Free plan users receive 10 card generations per month at no charge.
→Pro and Elite plan generations reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
→You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

→Due to the digital nature of the Service, all subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
→If you experience a technical failure that prevents generation of a card (server error, not user error), we will credit the generation to your account.
→For billing disputes, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

→We target 99% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
→We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services (Supabase, bKash, cloud providers).
→If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, active subscribers may request a pro-rated credit.

→The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
→We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
→We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content created using the Service.

→To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewsCards Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
→Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

→These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
→Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

→We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
→Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
